AddressAirconditioning & Electrical Services is looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team.
ABOUT US -
AES specializes in domestic and commercial installation and servicing works across all areas of Melbourne.
Our work is a 50/50 split between the Electrical and Heating, Ventilation, Air conditioning (HVAC) trades.
With our small, friendly, professional team of <10 employees, we have been servicing our clients since 1992.
ABOUT THE ROLE -
We're looking for someone to help us in our office, completing daily tasks such as;
- General administration
- Liaising with clients, technicians, suppliers regarding job status and details
- Efficient scheduling of technicians
- Sourcing and ordering materials and monitoring deliveries
- Creating and receipting purchase orders
- Creating and receipting of invoices
- Creating and receipting bank payments
- Payroll
- Xero reconciliation
If you've had experience in some areas but not all of the above, we're happy to provide training for our specific programs ie: Simpro and Xero.
ABOUT YOU -
To be successful you will need to;
- Be proficient in Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Have exceptional attention to detail and expert time management skills
- Strong organisational skills and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Enjoy working with people and talking to customers
- Positive and professional personality with key focus on punctuality and reliability.
WE WILL PROVIDE -
This is a Part Time position with an average of 25-30 hours per week, we understand everyone's commitments are different, so exact work hours/days can be discussed in the interview. This role offers a great opportunity which has the potential to provide flexible work hours to fit your lifestyle, including family and school friendly hours (9.30 - 2.30)
