Your Exciting New Role
As Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role at SkinKandy, leading a dedicated team of Body Piercers/Retail Assistants.
Supported by your inspirational Area Manager, you will assume overall responsibility for the operational success of your store. Your ability to lead and mentor your team - along with impeccable store presentation, merchandising and compliance skills - will see your application stand out!
Your Unique Experience
Previous experience in people leadership would be essential to succeed in this exciting role, along with:
- A genuine passion for the Body Piercing/Jewellery industry, along with the desire to begin or advance your piercing skills
- Leadership and coaching experience plus the ability to inspire
- An ability to role model professional conduct and support our values
- Body piercing, beauty or fashion retail experience
- A love for creating phenomenal customer experiences
- A commitment to processes, policies and compliance
- Visual merchandise and stock management experience
