Your New Role:
Reporting directly into the Area Manager, you will play an integral part in the day to day operations of this high performing South Sydney location. You will oversee all day-to-day operations including stock management, visual merchandising, and rostering, ensuring the store is functioning at maximum operational efficiency.
Your responsibilities will also consist of:
- Ongoing training, coaching & mentoring with your team.
- Going above & beyond to create & maintain long lasting customer relationships.
- Promoting a positive workplace where everyone is excited to come to work and be a team player.
- Sales/ budget management, general store operations, visual merchandising, rosters as well as KPI management.
- An experienced Store Manager or assistant manager ready for the next step!
- A people focused individual, who prides themselves on their hands on approach and being present with their team on the shop floor!
- A go-getter, who encourages collaboration within the team, who loves to be positive and energised with their customers.
- Extremely knowledgeable of inventory management & store operations, as well as have a passion for premium fabrics and styling.
- Work life balance with a 3-day weekend on a fortnightly rotating roster and no Sunday shifts.
