- In-market experience presenting to agencies and clients and can deliver a persuasive verbal pitch
- Excellent client service
- High levels of creativity and innovation
- Strong understanding of business, revenue targets and production fees
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage deadlines and prioritise workflows
- The ability to interprets briefs, and understand clients’ marketing challenges and communications to develop strategic cross channel integrated responses
- Strength in people and leadership management
