Store Person

Position Overview:

As a Store Person at SwarmFarm Robotics, you will play a crucial role in the efficient management of our inventory and warehouse operations. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels, receiving and dispatching goods, and ensuring the timely availability of materials for our manufacturing and assembly teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
• Organise and maintain inventory storage areas for easy access.
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill material requests promptly.
• Conduct regular stock checks and report any discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries and manage return processes.
• Assist in the implementation and improvement of inventory control procedures.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Store Person or similar role.
• Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment 
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Experience in a manufacturing or workshop environment is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate
  effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
• Proficiency in using inventory management software, ERP and other relevant tools.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes, including LEAN methodologies, demand planning, forecasting, and order fulfillment.

The role is based at our headquarters near Emerald in Central Queensland,
