Store Person / Sales Rep / Merchandiser

Australand Agriculture Pty Ltd is an established Quality Agricultural Products retailer based in Wangara, Western Australia, in the business of - fertilisers, irrigation products, equipment and crop protection products that serve and help our local farmers grow.

We are seeking a highly motivated Store person / Sales Rep / Merchandiser to help capture our growing demand. The person we seek will need to have a good time management / planning, be physically fit, very organised, and knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling in store enquires from finding the right product for the customer, pricing it, finalizing the sale, and then loading the goods to the customers' ute or for larger orders arranging delivery
• Preparing customers’ orders invoices and documentation
• Visiting our customers (mainly farmers / growers) on a regular basis and taking their orders
• Running sales campaign via phone massages and emails
• Receiving incoming goods in the warehouse 
• Preparing outgoing invoices in the warehouse and get them ready for delivery
• Keeping transport and warehousing documentation up to date
• Loading utes and truck and securing the load
• Doing deliveries to the customers in the local area
• Keep warehouses nice and tidy
• Keep the businesses' utes and truck clean and well maintained
• Keep good stock levels at different warehouses
• Informing procurement team if stock on hand for an item becomes low
• Doing 6 monthly stock takes
• Continuously reviewing DOMs and making sure FIFO
• Assisting with banking and accounting tasks as required 
• Ensure that a safe working environment is maintained at all times and that the appropriate safety regulations and policies are complied with

• Affable and have good communication skills, verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Being able to work independently and with minimum supervision
• Competent using computer – Excel, Word, outlook365
• Outstanding organisational skills and proper attention to detail
• Reliable and enthusiastic
• Commitment to customer satisfaction
• Protect the company’s best interests
• Manual Car License
• LR License
• Forklift License

Desirable Criteria 

• Knowledge of fertilisers, irrigation products, and agrochemicals
• Knowledge of Vietnamese language 
• Agsafe accreditation 
• First aid certificate
