Uniting cutting edge technology, data and retail smarts, you'll work behind the scenes, in the margins and across every corner of the business - to uplift our capability, amplify our collective impacts and revolutionise the customer experience.What you'll doAs our Store Planning Specialist, you will be required to provide replenishment support to Store Operations Teams, the timely planning and effective use of replenishment systems to support seasonal trends and events and utilising the replenishment functionality to ensure maximum availability at the lowest inventory cost is achieved.You will also be accountable for the Store Service Level results for their given State or group of stores. This will involve lower level analysis to determine root cause issues and ensure that recommendation plans are put in place to remedy the poor performing areas.
  • Provide expert day to day replenishment support to the store network
  • Perform exception based reporting to identify potential issues and formulate solutions to resolve
  • Providing status updates and facilitating critical communication to key stakeholders
  • Provide timely and effective responses to Store Queries
  • Providing expert recommendations and support to Store Operations in achieving the best availability outcomes
What you'll bring
  • Outstanding communication skills across a variety of communication settings by translating and articulating technical concepts to non-technical groups
  • Demonstrated ability to perform data transformation and manipulation on large sets of data or information
  • Proven experience in crisis management, involving evaluating business risks and impacts in a calm and clear manner to delivery a positive result to the Business
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills, including being able to build rapport with stakeholders from all levels
  • Excellent computers skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word and Powerpoint; including a sound knowledge and working understanding of the replenishment systems
