Crown Currency Exchange is searching for an exceptional Retail Store Team Leader with a passion for 5-star customer service and achieving sales targets and KPIs.
Crown Currency is the leading 100% Australian-owned and operated foreign currency provider.
We are searching for self-motivated and customer-focused retail experts capable of leading and independently managing one of our Sydney stores.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing consistent exceptional customer service to our valued customers
- Assuming responsibility for the day-to-day operations and success of your store
- Creating a high-performance environment in your store
About you:
- Think and act like a business-owner
- Passionate about exceptional customer service
- Experience working towards and achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Passionate about growing high performance teams
- Ambitious, highly motivated with strong organisational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in either Retail Store Leadership or Bank Branch Leadership
- A love of travel is also a bonus!
