A permanent Part time (38 hrs per fortnight) plus back fill for leave opportunity exists for a proactive and professional Supply Officer to join our Stores and Supply team at Joondalup Health Campus!

About the Role

As a Supply Officer, you will support our Supply team maintaining an effective and efficient supply service. This role’s key focus will be receiving and issuing medical and non-medical consumables and other items as required.

This will involve, but is not limited to:

• General housekeeping of the stock storage areas.
• Distributing goods as directed using our SAP computer system.
• Loading, picking and delivering stock both at the Supply department and around the hospital.
• Issuing materials from store; preparing items / goods for departments
• Ensuring all operational procedures are adhered to and documentation completed correctly.
• Stocktakes as directed.

About You

Your Skills and Experience

• Experience working in a service-focused busy supply environment.
• Experience reading picking documents and picking stock accurately.
• Experience in minimum / maximum stock control principles.
• Ability to use and operate stores equipment, motorised pallet trucks.
• Proven skill in working in a highly organised and systematic manner.
• Excellent administration and organisation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to observe and prevent operational issues.
• Proven ability to providing an efficient, helpful and friendly service to customers.
• Ability to use initiative, self-motivation, work as a team member with minimal supervision.
• Respect for others and the rules of our working environment.

Remuneration:  On offer is base hourly rate ranging from $28.72 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
