About the Role:
Our Client is a supplier of high-end hardware systems, components and software for the window and door industry and their rapidly growing business has expanded into customisations and
assembly of retractable screens and other proprietary systems.
They are looking looking for a candidates to work in their warehouse and Manufacturing Division in Dandenong South VIC.:
This role is a great opportunity for the right candidate to secure ongoing full-time, permanent work with a longstanding, successful, and financially secure organisation.
Duties include:
- Small scale production work including cutting and assembly
- Picking / Packing orders
- Customer deliveries (if you have an Australian driver’s license)
- Receipting of incoming goods and stocking shelves
- General warehouse duties including cleaning
The successful applicants for these positions will require the following experience and personal attributes;
- A reliable hard worker.
- Can work autonomously and as well as part of a team.
- A Forklift license is beneficial but not a requirement.
- Preferably have experience in the Window and Door Industry.
- Experience in pick packing and unloading containers
- A forklift licence is a bonus but not a requirement.
- Be fluent in English
- Be computer literate
- Attention to detail
- Ability and preparedness to meet strict time deadlines
- Reliable and stable person who understands the need for punctual and consistent attendance within the workplace
- Strong work ethic and pride in everything you do
- Prepared to follow instructions and procedures carefully and precisely
