Your new role
Your new role will see you reporting to the Founding Director, who will support you day to day as you innovate, and continue to portray exemplary customer service & client liaison abilities. Your hours will be 7am – 5pm daily, with overtime when deemed necessary and Saturday work when busy. Your dedication to your role will see you put the success of the business alongside your own as you pivot where the company needs.
Your new role will see you;
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution & delivery of precast panels to clients;
- Assist with contract administration and scheduling;
- Commercial astuteness within your day to day by demonstrating ability to show new clients around the facility in a professional manner, selling the company’s key differentiating abilities within the industry;
- Link the planning of work orders to ensure the production phase occurs smoothly with the team at our manufacturing facility (there is no on-site work);
- Develop specifications for production and determining required materials from drawings;
- Manage & oversee all aspects of production from reading drawings through to the production phase working closely with the staff Foreman; and
- Leading the manufacturing team to achieve KPIs through effective toolbox meetings and QC monitoring;
What you need to succeed
- Proven background working in the precast, civil or construction industry 5 years minimum;
- Trade background preferred (carpentry) and the ability to read structural drawings;
- Flexibility in Saturday work as the role requires & current valid drivers license;
- Strong computer literacy experience, MS Office skills, data entry and reporting abilities; and
- Very organized, attention to detail focused and ability to show assertiveness whilst maintaining good customer relations.
