Warehouse Team Leader
Lubricon has a Warehouse Team leader role available due to the company’s continued growth.
We are looking for an employee that will bring a positive, hardworking attitude, and are looking for a role and company where they can grow and progress their career.
This role will be responsible for the planning and coordinating of all functions within the warehouse to ensure performance, productivity, and efficiency. You will be regarded as someone who is trustworthy and reliable with the ability to work autonomously.
With high attention to detail, you will be passionate about providing excellent customer service and hold values in working collaboratively with mutual trust and respect.
The role:
Responsible for:
- Some skills within assembly work would be beneficial but not imperative.
- Able to lift up to 25kg
- Assisting with process improvement, management of systems and inventory management.
- Picking and packing, identifying and analysing data, production plans and stock availability to ensure profitability across the organization.
- Maintaining bin locations, shelving and keep pallet racking organised.
- Maintain a clean and well organized, receiving and dispatch area
- Quoting, Booking and coordinating freight
- Liaise with transport providers for accurate and timely pick up and dispatch of equipment
- Coordinate and manage the incoming and outgoing stock with Purchasing Manager, including planning and monitoring receipt, loading and unloading containers, putting away stock.
- The accurate preparing of orders for dispatch
- Loading and unloading of trucks with forklift
- Ensure goods are dispatched accurately and on a timely basis
- Responsible for the security of the warehouse and stock
- Comply with all WHS requirements
- Ensure the highest standards of reliable service
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Applicants will have:
- Forklift license
