AddressThis is an exciting time to join NRW Civil & Mining as wehave a fantastic opportunity for an experienced StoresSupervisor to join our team on a full-time basis locatedat our Hazelmere yard.
As a Stores Supervisor, you will be responsible for butnot limited to:
- Health Safety and Environmental outcomes
- Perform daily pre-start in line with the HSE policies
- Oversee the inwards and outwards goods activities
- Manage goods receipting function
- Coordinate cycle counts and annual stock takes as per business requirements
- Maintain incoming and outgoing component registers
- Manage service exchange stock and component repairs with suppliers including issuing purchase orders where required
- Assist Maintenance Planners and Site Maintenance personnel with component activities
- Supervision of stores employees and visitors
- Measure and report the effectiveness of stores activities and staff’s performance.
- Maintain the stores and the yard is in good order at all times
- Perform any additional tasks as directed which are within your skillset, qualifications, and competence level
To be considered for this position you must possess thefollowing as a minimum:
- Australian Driver's Licence
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage fluctuating workloads
- Highly developed communication skills with an ability to engage at all levels
- Excellent planning skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Experience working in a similar role or a demonstrated mechanical aptitude with the ability to absorb technical information efficiently
- Experience working with MinePoint (Microsoft Dynamics AX) or similar ERP
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position within the Mining and Civil sectors
- Developed ability to produce timely written reports
