AddressALG offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled Warehouse Officer/Stores person to join a reputable organisation at Essendon Fields Airport. This role provides invaluable exposure to the dynamic aviation industry and offers numerous promising career pathways.
The position is a casual contract with full-time hours from Monday to Friday, with the potential to transition into a permanent role with our esteemed client.
We are seeking candidates with previous experience in the aviation industry, ideally with proficiency in SAP software.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining the upkeep of company premises and equipment.
- Performing cleaning duties to ensure safety and operational suitability.
- Efficiently handling and managing tools.
- Engaging in manual handling tasks such as picking and packing.
- Executing relevant tasks in airport ground operations and following instructions from Aircraft Maintenance Engineers.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Forklift License.
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Willingness to comply with medical requirements (drug/alcohol and physical tests) at their own cost.
- Strong attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, and good communication skills.
- A demonstrated commitment to full compliance with all workplace regulations and standards.
