Your Role

The role of full-time Storespersonis responsible for ensuring efficiencies in the Warehouse whilst complying with safety, policies, and procedures.

Main Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and replenish stock; Unload trucks, confirm product received is correct and in good order, accurately label goods and receive into system via scanner.
• Pick orders, including manual lifting.
• Label orders and complete required paperwork.
• Book transport, including completion of consignment notes as required.
• Load customer orders onto trucks,
• Check correct goods are being loaded and ensure load complies with safety standards.
• Complete invoicing of goods.
• Complete pre-start checks on plant and equipment, including forklifts.
• Ensure customers, suppliers and visitors are treated politely and professionally, with a high standard of customer service.
• Operate a saw (where applicable - after completion of appropriate training)

To Succeed

• Previous warehouse experience is essential.
• Good communication skills
• High-Reach Forklift licence.
• Ability to work as part of a small team.
• Product scanning systems experience desirable but can be trained.
• Drivers licence
• Demonstrated understanding of workplace health and safety procedures.
• Drug and Alcohol testing is a pre-employment requirement.
