Whelan Property Group is a well-established and respected Strata Management company with 3 offices located across Sydney. Due to an internal promotion, we are currently seeking an enthusiastic Strata Assistant to join our Ultimo Head Office.
The Strata Assistant will provide support to a Strata Manager and assist the organisation in delivering exceptional Strata Management services to our clients. You must have a NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Written and verbal communication with clients
- Issuing work orders and liaising with contractors
- Entering and approving invoices in SMATA
- Preparing letters, agendas and meeting minutes
- Issuing and tracking keys via registers
- Updating StrataMaster (Rockend) with data
- Using FileSmart / SMATA to store and retrieve documents
- Assist with the Management of Strata Schemes
- Maintain records to ensure compliance with relevant legislation
- Attend and on occasion assist with meetings
Must have's:
- Strong time management skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- An enthusiastic and helpful demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong computer literacy
- Prior industry experience - must be able to hit the ground running!
Non-negotiables:
- Previous experience in Strata
- Available for immediate start
- NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence
