What does this role involve?
This role is accountable for supporting the strata finance activities that support the delivery of compliant and efficient service for Strata Management.
Success in this area will be achieved by:
- Efficiently executing finance activities such as:
- Managing Debt recovery
- Managing Levy queries
- Onboarding of new business
- Supporting the Strata Finance team with any ad hoc requests
- Coordinate with our external processing team to ensure tasks and queries are attended to, in line with service standards and SLAs at all times.
- Ensuring Strata Choice delivers all finance processes in line with our compliance and legislative responsibilities
- Communicating effectively with all stakeholders to ensure the building of exceptional relationships
- Ensuring all processes and procedures are effectively documented.
What do you need to demonstrate to us?

You should have:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Previous experience with Accounts Receivable
- Experience with Strata Master will be highly regarded
- Proficient in all basic Microsoft tools
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to communicate well with all stakeholders.
