Assistant Strata Manager - North Shore

Currently seeking a Strata Assistant to slot into this high performing team, this is a role for a talented individual looking to step up their career with a forward-thinking team.
  
The Role;
Working in a professional yet fun working environment, this is an opportunity for someone with a high level of customer service. Working closely with a well-established Senior Strata Manager, you will exceed all clients’ expectations. You will be responsible for:

• Assist the director
• Liaising with Owners Corporation as required
• Arrange quotations and repairs and maintenance for works required
• Prepare agendas and minutes for meeting
• Prepare budgets for presentations to AGMs
• Convene and conduct meetings
• Periodic inspections
• Administration

The Candidate;

• Previous Strata experience 
• Strata Certificate of Registration required
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi task
• Have a high level of computer skills
• The ability to fit into a bright & bubbly team
