You will be at the heart of our operations, providing essential support that ensures the seamless operation of our business. Responsibilities
Administrative support: Empower our Director by managing their schedule, coordinating appointments, and handling administrative tasks with precision and efficiency.
Build Connections: Be the friendly face and voice of our company, delivering exceptional service to clients through prompt and professional communication. You will be a point of contact for clients, responding to enquiries via phone, email, and supporting in person meetings with the team.
Fuel Growth: Assist in the creation of marketing campaigns on social media and maintain our website.
Ensure Compliance: Assist with the preparation and review of strata documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations and by laws.
Exceed Expectations: Go above and beyond to anticipate our agents' needs, whether it's running errands, arranging travel, or providing general support.
What we need from you
Passion for Excellence: Previous experience in administrative support or customer service roles, coupled with a dedication to delivering excellence. Prior experience in the real estate industry is preferred, but not essential.
Organizational Wizard: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with ease.
Communication Champion: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for building rapport and fostering positive relationships. You will have a customer focused approach and the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software, with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
Problem-Solving Skills: You will anticipate challenges, proactively identify solutions, and navigate complex situations with professionalism and tact.
