As one of our administration support staff, you will be providing administrative and customer support to our clients and team members.
The Role
- Administration support to 2 x strata managers
- Providing support to internal and external stakeholders
- Database management
- Drafting of agendas and minutes
- Central point for committee members correspondence with strata manager
- Inbox management
- Calendar management

- Confident professional and friendly person, with the ability to maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times whilst going the extra mile to engage clients.
- Outstanding organisation and time management skills, with the ability uphold professional standards within high pressured periods whilst being able to multitask.
