Strata Assistant - Property Managers Apply

This boutique company in the Body Corporate space is known for its incredible growth opportunities, progressive culture and it's training systems are second to none. This is a great opportunity to learn from the best in the business.
They are looking for a new member of the team with a highly transferrable skillset, ideally portfolio property management.
The Assignment

Working Monday to Friday:

• Answer and direct incoming telephone calls
• Process, record details and charges and despatch outgoing mail
• Type letters, emails, meeting notices & minutes and compile documents, including agreements and contracts
• Assists the Strata Manager in the administration of bodies corporate procedures
• Ensure that all authorised activities comply with the company’s policies and quality procedures.
• Assist with preparation for, holding and preparing minutes of body corporate meetings
• Prepare Disclosure Statements and Body Corporate Information Certificates

The Candidate

• 6 - 12 + months experience within a Real Estate Agency, preferably Property Management
• No Real Estate Certificate required
• A strong interest in growing your knowledge of the Real Estate and Property industry
• Great organisational skills
• First class communication – both written and verbal
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the industry
