Southern Cross Care QLD has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join our talented Business Solutions Team. This role is a fixed term 12 month contract.

As part of the role you will have an opportunity to:
- Work with our Residential Aged Care, Retirement Village, Community Services and other Corporate Support Teams on exciting projects to introduce new systems to support business operations
- Use your skills and expertise to embed cutting edge technology solutions in close co-operation with business function subject matter experts
- Take pride in your work and deliver responsive, gold standard support services to our frontline teams making it easier for them to deliver care
- An appropriate tertiary qualification in Business Systems/Technology, Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline is preferred
- Project management qualifications are desired
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the successful delivery of digital technology solutions
- Evidence of experience incorporating change management principles into your projects and a high degree of empathy
- Previous industry experience in aged, retirement living, community or health care is desirable
- Practical application and prioritisation of data security and privacy principles as a key aspect of day to day operations
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and different departments within the business
- Exposure to data reporting and visualization tools
- You must be based locally.
Southern Cross Care Queensland (SCCQ) is a Catholic not-for-profit organisation established by the Knights of the Southern Cross, more than 40 years ago. They saw a need to provide compassionate care and inclusive service to some of the most vulnerable, the ageing population, in the community.
Since then, SCCQ has grown to employ over 1000 staff caring for and supporting more than 2000 people across 13 residential aged care homes, 5 retirement villages, 28 social houses, the National Disability and Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and home care services in metropolitan and rural Queensland.
