The Role:
- Lead, inspire, and manage an experienced assistant
- Chairing committee meetings and AGM's
- Attending to customer queries via phone & emailÂ
- General Ad Hoc Administration
- Organising maintenance
- Maintaining records and statutory deadlinesÂ

About you:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in strata management or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of strata legislation in Queensland
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Problem-solving mindset with the capacity to address complex issues efficiently.
