The Position
Located in the CBD, we are currently seeking an experienced Strata or Community Manager. This position has a variety of responsibilities and would suit a hands-on individual who can juggle multiple priorities at the one time.
Developing and maintaining effective professional working relationships with the Committee, you will be responsible for ensuring the building and common areas are well maintained for the benefit of all residents.
Day to day responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of residential and commercial schemes
- Attending and chairing meetings and minute taking
- Preparation of budgets, review of financials, meeting agendas and minutes
- Receipt and response to correspondence
- Developing strong relationships with Committee members, owners and other relevant stakeholders within the scheme
- Business development activities
- Mentoring and working closely with an Assistant Community Manager and our internal departments
About You
To be successful in this position you will be a self-starter with excellent administration and customer relationship skills. With your solid experience within strata, you will be looking for your next challenge, and may wish to progress to a leadership position.
You will also require:
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem solving and negotiation skills.
- Time management and prioritisation skills second to none
- The ability to quickly absorb detailed and specific processes.
- High attention to detail - every detail counts
- The ability to use multiple software applications (we use: BCMax, Microsoft Office / Teams etc)

With a positive mindset and motivation to learn, this position will offer you long term career stability and job satisfaction. Comprehensive and on-going training will be provided to the successful individual. We offer 3-month body corporate training for all our new team members.
