About the role
Mercy Community Services are the search to find a Quality and Customer Relationship Manager to join our team on a Full-time permanent basis in our Nudgee office.
Working in consultation with the Aged Care management team and Aged Care Facility Managers at site, the Quality and Customer Relationship Manager is responsible for leading a culture of continuous improvement within Mercy Community supporting the development, implementation and maintenance of Quality and risk management systems and processes that allow the organisation to align with the relevant quality standards, legislation and current best practice.
The roles tasks will include but not be limited to:
- Design audit and quality assurance systems to ensure quality of practice and services
- Develop, maintain and review annual assurance schedules
- Coordinate and assist Operational Management prepare for external audits and support where required
- Provide effective leadership and education in quality management, governance and continuous quality improvement practices
- Monitor changes to legislation, regulatory and quality standards and where relevant provide advise to Operational Managers
About you
- APHRA registration. Registered Nurse or AH professional
- Relevant qualification in Risk Management or Business Process Improvement (desirable)
- Demonstrated understanding of Quality Management and Risk Management Systems as they relate to the Residential aged care sector.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, implement and monitor continuous improvement strategies within the organisation.
- Knowledge and experience in developing and implementing risk management frameworks in a complex setting.
- Queensland Provisional Green or above Driver’s License.
