About the Role
We are seeking a suitably qualified & experienced part time Junior Case Manager to promote growth and development within our service offerings located in the Northern suburbs of Brisbane. The successful candidate will fit the criteria with experience gained in client compliance, growing business & conducting intake and supporting service delivery to participants. This is a multi-functional role leading new client intake for our North side services, managing client feedback, complaints and incidents and ensuring all client compliance is at 100% at all times.

- A valid Working with Children Check (Blue Card) & NDIS Worker Screening Card?
- A current driver license and access to a reliable registered and comprehensively insured vehicle & the ability to travel locally

You have!
- A well-developed ability to function autonomously with minimal supervision If you require a consistent level of micromanagement, this role is not for you!!
- Extensive experience within the NDIS, DVA or health sectors as Intake- / Compliance Officer, Case Manager or experience gained in a similar role, with a strong record of achieving and exceeding KPIs
- Existing, robust connections within the sector, capable of opening doors and creating new opportunities for business growth
- The ability to complete regular reporting maintaining an unwavering focus on ongoing client compliance
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence
- Strong proficiency working within controlled, compliance driven CRM software

What you’ll be doing
- Growing services: Utilize your established network to identify, secure and drive the acquisition of new clients utilizing your deep sector knowledge.
- Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Leverage your connections to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sector support coordinators, service providers, NDIS participants, and their families.
- Management, Planning & Support: Provide support to our rostering teams on ensuring strengthened service frameworks actively supporting complex and specialist needs.
- Recordkeeping & Compliance: Pioneer a work ethic that focusses on adequate and accurate data integrity for all clients within the caseload.
