Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Strata Financial Administrator to support the financial operations of the Community Association. Reporting directly to the General Manager and located at our beautiful Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort, you will be responsible for the overall management of accounts, financial reporting, cost and budget control.

This is a 12-month fixed term position commencing mid-July. Previous experience in a similar position and knowledge of the strata industry would be highly regarded, however a strong administrative/financial background, a great attitude and the ability to juggle competing priorities will see you excel in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Cost management and reporting to budget
  • Asset record management
  • Arrange general maintenance and repair quotes and works
  • Tracking and progress of maintenance and works
  • Prepare weekly and monthly meeting reports
  • General administrative and strata administration duties as requested

Qualifications

Skills and experience

  • Ability to work unsupervised, under pressure & to deadlines
  • Be enthusiastic with a positive attitude, approachable, bright and keen to learn
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Able to multi-task with a high attention to detail 
  • Excellent communication and written skills
