Your new role
The Project Financial Administrator is required to assist and support with the financial and administrative tasks associated with the lifecycle of a project.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Project creation and collecting and recording of all relevant documents associated with the project
• Assisting senior staff in the Project Accounting team with invoicing, budgets, timeframes, and any other elements associated with the project lifecycle to ensure project success
• Ensuring integrity with data and financial information within the ERP / Project Management software
• Assisting stakeholders and "on-the-ground" project managers with commercial decisions and investigating any variances with agreed fees

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum of 1 year experience working within a Project Finance Administration or Accounts Administration role
• Candidates must have Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, and an ability to form strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Intrinsically self-motivated and a tenacious attitude with self-learning and completing objectives
• An ability to work with accuracy in an often fast-paced, changing environment
• Fantastic organisation skills and an ability to problem solve
• Confident to work across a multitude of projects at any given time and to consistently meet business deadlines
