The successful Strata Manager will need the following skills and attributes:

• Prior experience as a Strata Manager
• Class 2 license or in the process of attaining
• Skills in interpreting and communicating legislation, financial, and procedural requirements
• Superior communication skills
• Enjoy building relationships and anticipating the needs of your clients

Day to day responsibilities of the successful Strata Manager will include:

• Managing a diverse portfolio comprising of mainly residential schemes
• Prompt follow up & resolution of inquiries
• Providing superior service and advice to your clients
• Issuing notices, problem solving & dispute resolution
• Chairing OC meetings
