Your Role
- Administrate and collate invoices from emails.
- Coordinate and schedule invoice payments week to week.
- Oversee property budgets.
- Prepare and generate reports for annual general meetings and for OC Committees.
- Assist and coordinate general account keeping for OC buildings.
- Liaise with and renew insurance policies.
