Strata Manager Role For Property Managers - Scoresby Based

In our experience, property managers can transition really easily and become great body corporate managers! Due to the growth of our business, we are looking for someone who is ready to step up and become our next body corporate manager. 

Why body corporate management, you ask?

• There is no work required on weekends, or answering emergency calls after business hours
• No need to attend VCAT hearings (lawyers take care of all this work)
• Enjoy your Christmas because our offices are closed for the holiday period 
• Be a ‘jack of all trades’ and learn things such as insurance, budgeting and finances

We support your development through a 1-3 months tailored training program to give you the skills to become our next body corporate manager. As a body corporate manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients. As part of this high-volume role, you will be responsible for the following:

• Managing inbound communication from clients, and resolving issues as they arise
• Chairing and running annual general meetings (starting at 5:30PM, you'll get time off in lieu for the additional hours)
• Preparing budgets and explaining financial statements to owners 
• Managing quotes for repairs and maintenance
• Reviewing and managing owners in arrears
• Conducting site inspections of your properties across Metropolitan Melbourne to ensure the property is well-maintained and bringing any issues to owners' attention

The successful applicant will have a willingness to learn and an open mindset. In return, you’ll be provided with:
