We are a leading strata management company in Belmore seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strata Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of strata properties and ensuring that all aspects of their management run smoothly and efficiently.
Full Time Monday – Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of strata properties and ensuring that all aspects of their management run smoothly and efficiently
- Communicating with and providing support to strata owners and tenants
- Handling and resolving disputes and complaints
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Coordinating and supervising maintenance and repairs
- Organizing and chairing meetings of strata owners
- Prepare agendas and minutes for meetings
- Prepare budgets for presentations to AGMs
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in strata management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations
- The ability to answer technical/strata management questions
- Team player
- Strong computer skills, including experience with strata management software
