The Role:
This is a team of highly trained, efficient, and supportive staff with a proven track record. Delivering a unique style of service that focuses on accuracy and attention to detail, this is an opportunity for someone forward thinking and looking for their next challenge!
- Management across a portfolio (Size will be molded to the candidate and their experience)
- Liaising with strata owners, committee members and real estate agents
- Preparing budgets, meeting agendas and minutes
- Attending and chairing meetings (AGM, EGM, SCM)
- Drafting and issuing breach of by-laws letters and formal notice to comply
- Assisting with the management of junior staff members
- Assistant provided for support
The Candidate:
- Previous experience in the Strata industry is essential
- A current Strata Certificate
- Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
- Have a high level of computer literacy
- The ability to fit into a bright & bubbly team.
- Maturity, strong organisation skills team player
