Strata Manager - Up To $100K + Super

Working alongside a dynamic director that has the ability to empower staff to push boundaries and take their performance to the next level, this is an opportunity for a Strata Manager to join a tight knit team operating out of stunning offices in the Ryde area.
The Role:

Currently seeking a Strata Manager to add to their expanding team, this is an office that provides plenty of support and structure. Managing a very small portfolio, this is an opportunity that will see you:

• Liaising with Owners Corporation as required
• Preparing budgets, meeting agendas and minutes
• Attending and chairing meetings (AGM, EGM, SCM)
• Drafting and issuing breach of by-laws letters and formal notice to comply
• Assisting with the management of junior staff members

The Candidate :

• Previous experience in Strata Management
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi task
• Have a high level of computer skills
• The ability to fit into a bright & bubbly team
• This role is perfect for someone which is highly knowledge-able in strata & strong at actioning tasks
