Jacobs are on the hunt for high-level Business Advisors, with a background working in Defence based projects. CBR, ADL, BNE, MEL locations.
Tell me about this role:We are looking for multiple NV1 or NV2 cleared Business Advisors, to provide strategic direction to upcoming Defence based project work. The preferred location will be Canberra, but we will consider applicants from Adelaide, Brisbane or Melbourne.

What will I be doing day to day?
- Research, write, implement, and evaluate internal and external enterprise strategies and program plans, including advice on measuring outcomes
- Provide strategic advice on process, strategy and messaging to achieve program and policy outcomes
- Recommend actions as a result of workshops, planning activities or implementation strategies
- Shape, deliver and guide enterprise messaging to Ministers, senior defence and external stakeholders
- Analyse and advise the Program Management Office on the structure and content of enterprise documents
- Critically examine and analyse issues which impact the relationships between the project and its key customers and stakeholders
- Examine, analyse and provide recommendations and/or new models of project and stakeholder management processes
- Support Program Management Office documentation development. This includes but is not limited to program plans, risk management, data management and governance frameworks
What sort of skills do I need?
- Formal qualifications and competencies within Corporate Performances
- Experience providing Strategic Business advice within a Defence project environment
- Knowledge of relevant Australian and International Standards, regulations, and Defence requirements
- Recognised QA accreditation and current QA experience
- Strong communication skills & process orientated with good attention to detail
- Australian citizenship and a minimum NV1 clearance required
