Your Role
We have an exciting permanent opportunity for a Strategic Procurement Lead to join our team. You will lead strategic sourcing and procurement activities and enable strategic execution and drive sustainable value across IAG's supplier landscape.
With a continuous improvement mindset you will be accountable for the long-range planning and delivery of strategic sourcing activities (transaction values
5m or of strategic importance based on strategic planning activities) in conjunction with product/service owners and other IAG stakeholders.
We are ideally looking for a candidate in Sydney or Melbourne.

About You
We are looking for the right candidate who is keen to join our team and really make an impact as well as the following experiences;
- Significant Strategic sourcing and procurement experience, with demonstrated uplift in maturity within large complex organisations
- Expert stakeholder management capability, with excellent negotiation and influencing skills, and extensive category, supplier and contract management experience.
- Project and change management experience with demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and/or leverage technology to improve productivity
- Significant experience leveraging third party partner relationships and governance frameworks to drive material, organisational-wide benefits
- The capability to work collaboratively and effectively across functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Experience of working with diverse teams, based locally and in offshore locations
- Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications, e.g., Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Technology, Business, Accounting, Finance.
- MCIPS, IACCM or equivalents preferred but not essential
