The ATB Morton Group of Companies are seeking Group Contracts and Procurement manager to join our team!

To manage and provide leadership across the business to lead and manage the Contracts and Procurement function across the ATB Morton group of companies.

Key Accountabilities
- Effectively leading and managing the Contracts and Procurement function across the ATB Morton group of companies
- Set strategies Contracts and Procurement for plan for long term success of the business
- Effectively communicate and engage and lead change, to improve performance, relationships and culture
- Develop, implements and sustain best practices in the Contracts and Procurement to reduce risk and costs
Selection Criteria
- Tertiary qualifications (desired) in leadership and management
- Have proven previous experience as a group/business/contract/ procurement or similar role
- Have working knowledge and experience with contracts, procurement, CRM and supply chain in manufacturing or construction industry at a senior level
- Have excellent estimating, tendering, planning, scheduling, project management
- Experience with negotiation and preparing appropriate drafted contracts for execution and implementation and management
- High level of computer literacy
- Have a valid driver licence
