The role of the Strategic Sourcing Manager - Property & Warehousing is responsible for the development and execution of end-to-end Strategic Sourcing initiatives aligned with Opal's business priorities and objectives.

This includes:

• Managing Opals industrial property portfolio and warehousing network - ensuring it is continuously assessed

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including, facility managers and project teams

• Manage our external Property partner to ensure that Opals Industrial Lease requirements are met according to contract and Opals strategic objectives

• Develop and implement sourcing strategy for Opals 3PL Warehousing across all Business Units

• Adopting a "hands on approach" to develop and administer key account plans and continuous improvement solutions aligned with Opals Strategic objectives and initiatives

• Manage supply base and stakeholders of existing agreements

• Sourcing and management of other indirect categories as required

• Establish and maintain strong and efficient communication networks throughout ANZ regional businesses

Specifically for this role, we expect you will have;

• Relevant degree - Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Commerce

• Minimum 8 years relevant procurement and supply chain experience

• Experience utilising SAP Ariba

• Impeccable prioritisation and organisational skills

• Previous experience in an Account Management role, preferably with a focus on Property Management, Warehousing or Logistics management

• Managed significant category in excess of $50M

• Business Acumen and commercial savvy
