Brunel is working closely with a global developer and investor in the Renewable Energy space. With a strong project pipeline in Australia and New Zealand they are looking to bring on board a Land Sourcing Manager to continue to secure critical land parcels for ongoing projects. This role will work closely with the development team as well as the technical and commercial team to identify and secure land agreements that are suitable for Renewable Energy projects. The ideal candidate will have experience engaging with land-holders and negotiating agreements to secure land agreements. Experience in Renewable Energy is desirable but not required and this role will require someone who is self-motivated as it is a remote role. Requirements- Experience in negotiating land agreements.
- Experience using GIS software desireable.
- Undertsanding of the energy indsutry or renewables desirable.
- Ability to be motivated working remotely and be connected to the broader team.
- Understanding of land tenur legislation desirable.
- Confidence to approach land holders and engage in a positive way.
- Ability to travel for projects.
- Grow with a growing business.
- Commission structure for land agreements secured.
- Ability to work 100% from home.
