- Must come from a printing and or Telco background.
- Successful Candidates must be Resilient, driven, passionate, determined, and sales-oriented.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Conduct proactive cold calling and networking activities to identify and engage potential clients.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to deal closure, including needs assessment, solution presentations, negotiation, and contract finalisation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to recommend products and services, including printers, copiers, phones, AV equipment, mobiles, and associated finance options.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product specialists and finance experts, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and exceptional customer service.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, demonstrating a relentless focus on achieving results and driving revenue growth.
- Provide regular feedback to management on market insights, customer feedback, and sales performance to support strategic decision-making.
