About the role
As Strategy Analyst, you will analyse data to create meaningful insights that will enable the identification of strategic issues and opportunities across BCE.
This includes utilising a range of strategic frameworks for problem solving. You will create clear and concise narratives to share findings with diverse stakeholders in the form of reports, briefing papers and presentations, and support the delivery of evidence-based solutions.
Your key responsibilities
- Deliver BCE’s strategic plan, including strategic planning analysis, implementation, and reporting frameworks.
- Clarify, track and report progress against BCE strategic plan priorities.
- Identify, research and analyse organisational issues and opportunities, and develop evidence-based strategies or responses.
- Engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders to deliver strategic plan plans
- Identify and assess strategic gaps and opportunities through evidence-based data analysis.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Demonstrated experience as a Strategy Analyst, or similar role focused on data analysis and interpretation.
- Experience in delivering strategic plans and strategic initiatives, or equivalent in a large and complex organisation.
- Experience in the Education industry is desirable, but not essential.
- Demonstrated ability to frame, scope, and structure strategic problems by identifying applicable strategic framework.
- Highly developed Excel/Power BI skills and the ability to manage and interrogate large data sets to uncover key insights.
- Ability to prepare high-quality quantitative and qualitative reports, briefing papers and presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences and Senior Executives.
- High-level verbal and written communication skills.
- Working collaboratively within a team environment, sharing, and transferring knowledge.
