Coles Express has recently been acquired by Viva Energy Retail, Australia's largest single branded convenience and retail network.
Viva Energy Retail is a mobility and convenience division of Viva Energy Australia with a high-quality national network of fuel and convenience stores located in metro, regional and on main transport routes, and provides an advantaged position to serve the on-road and local suburban convenience markets.
About the role
As the Strategy and Business Development Coordinator, you will work closely with the Strategy and BD team and VER Project Managers to support the delivery of strategic initiatives.
You'll also:
- Provide administrative, coordination & project support to GM Strategy & Business Development and broader team as required
- Coordinate, collate, and review the Monthly Portfolio Health Check
- Coordinate and collate of the strategy documentations and presentations
- Ad-hoc coordination or participation of projects
- Coordination of VER team events
You have strong organisational and time management skills, with demonstrated ability to manage and influence internal and external stakeholders.
You'll also have:
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills across the Microsoft software suite including Excel and PowerPoint
- Preferred claims management and retail experience with a strong customer focus
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Apps (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Knowledge of SharePoint
- Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills (ability to communicate a message, presentation skills)
