In this full-time role, working across the Disability Employment Program, you will provide an invaluable support service that links people who are eager to work with employers who need people. Working with local organisations, you will build long-lasting successful relationships to offer meaningful employment to the people we work with. We deliver our own pre-employment programs for key industries ensuring that you have a consistent flow of people who are engaged and ready for employment.
You will support people into meaningful work by:
- Proactively finding tailored solutions that meet the needs of the employer and the job seeker
- Strengthening relationships with employers by sourcing training options, conducting workplace assessments and advising on recruitment solutions
- Providing ongoing support to employers post successful placement ensuring success and ongoing retention

In addition to receiving a salary ranging between $70k - $75k, superannuation, car allowance, you’ll also receive 17.5% leave loading and access to the full $15,900 salary packaging benefits. There is also an option for additional purchasedleave to increase your annual leave entitlements.

You have a passion for customer service, a flair for supporting both employers and clients, attention-to-detail, and organisation. A real solutions-focussed attitude and approach helps you to deliver high-quality outcomes. People enjoy engaging with you and you are known for your compassion, empathy, and respect.
You’ll also bring with you:
- Demonstrated success in a previous account management, retail, hospitality, or recruitment role
- Excellence in customer service
- Experience working with databases and or CRMs
