Position: Business Development Manager We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as a Business Development Manager. In this role, you will play a vital part in helping us reach more clients, engage with families, schools, and NDIS relevant entities with the purpose of expanding our services and clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with potential clients and their families to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into clients, ensuring a steady flow of work.
- Represent Empower and Shine Disability with professionalism and empathy, building strong relationships with clients and their support networks.
- Utilize your knowledge and experience with the NDIS to navigate the system and support clients through the process.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the disability sector, preferably with a background in NDIS.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
- Proven track record in sales, customer service, or client engagement roles.
- Confidence and assertiveness to pursue leads and close deals.
- Passion for empowering individuals with disabilities and advocating for their rights.
