An exciting opportunity presents itself at nbn as a Strategy Implementation Manager reporting to the Executive Manager Strategy Implementation.
A bit about your role
As the Strategy Implementation Manager, you will identify and implement opportunities that deliver the SEO strategy. In addition, this role will see you strengthen business process performance and standards across SEO.
Other responsibilities include continuous improvement, change management, data analysis and support for Signavio. This will be an opportunity for you to partner with stakeholders to turn ambiguous problems into clearly stated objectives with defined metrics.
A bit about you
The successful candidate will bring significant business transformation experience in a large enterprise. You are well-versed in driving process improvement and managing change with senior stakeholders. You will have a passion for technology and the ability to leverage Artificial Intelligence and identify automation opportunities.
Ideally you will be certified in Lean Six Sigma, change management and Agile. In addition, you will have excellent communication skills, facilitation skills, and project management skills.
