Address Riddwood are seeking a Structural Engineer to work on Australia’s largest Infrastructure projects.
This role requires an excellent communicator, with 1-2 years of structural or civil design experience. We are seeking a self-motivated and ambitious engineer to join a flexible working environment in our North Sydney office.
The Role:
Structural and civil design, analysis and detailing of high-quality plans and documentation
Carry out site inspections and prepare site inspection reports
Providing support to other staff during the completion of projects
Establish and apply professional engineering standards and procedures
Maintaining regular and timely communication with managers and colleague on progress and issues that develop relating to ongoing projects
Establishing ongoing rapport with colleagues and clients
Education and experience:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Structural or Civil Engineering
Knowledge of Australian Standards AS/NZS 1576.1, AS 1170.0, AS 1170.1, AS1170.2, AS3600, AS3610, AS5100
Experience in modelling of structural components using Tekla, SpaceGass, RAPT, Robot and with AutoCAD and REVIT
Proficient use of common business technologies e.g. Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Drive
