Form of workCollar has teamed up with a progressive multi-disciplinary Engineering consultancy and seeking an experienced Structural Engineer in Western Australia
What we're looking for:Collar are seeking an engaging individual who is innovative and driven to succeed across exciting projects. As a Structural Engineer you will join the Western Australian team either based in Perth, Bunbury or Kalgoorlie working on a range of structural projects and will benefit from the client's commitment to provide an exciting and challenging experience across the engineering disciplines.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Leading complex projects and provide advanced expertise in structural analysis and design.
- Overseeing and mentoring graduate engineers, collaborating with all disciplines, and ensuring the integrity and compliance of all diverse structural projects.
- Assisting to lead and shape the direction of the Structural Engineering department, providing expert oversight, and guiding major projects.
- You will contribute extensive experience and innovation to ensure the success of the structural team.
- Professionally liaising with clients and stakeholders.
As the successful applicant you should have the following experience and attributes:
- 3+ years of relevant Structural Engineering experience.
- A minimum qualification of Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized tertiary institution.
- Ability to interpret the requirements of Australian standards.
- Ability to handle pressure.
- Strong communications skills with the ability to work with anyone.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, and an ability to work to agreed deadlines.
