- Salary Package: From $115,030– $ 127,995 p.a (HEW Level 8), plus 17% superannuation and annual leave loading
- Appointment Type: Full-time (35 hours per week), Continuing
- Macquarie University (North Ryde) location
- Develop the school’s Student Experience plan aligned to the curriculum, in consultation with the Head of Education Services and the Deputy Dean Education and Employability.
- Lead the development of the school’s Work Integrated Learning (WIL) plan in consultation with key stakeholders across the Faculty and University
- Create, implement and review school programs and manage large-scale events to enhance Student Experience, including industry and employer engagement opportunities.
- Establish and track relevant metrics, feedback and review processes for Student Experience and WIL events and programs, to measure return on investment and provide regular reports and recommendations to key stakeholders for continuous improvement.
- Manage a team and a budget to deliver Student Experience and WIL programs and events.

- A degree in a relevant area or extensive relevant experience preferably in the higher education sector.
