Position tenure: Continuing | Full Time

Weeks worked: School term weeks only (holidays unpaid)

Total Paid Hours (per week) & days required: 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Salary level, range or hourly rate: School Officer Level 4 - $34.86/hr + Super (School Salary Scale)/(Services Salary Scale)

Employment conditions: Diocesan Catholic Education Employing Authorities in Queensland Single Interest Agreement

About the Role:

Trinity College seeks a dedicated and highly organised individual to fill the role of Student Receptionist. This pivotal position plays a crucial role in the efficient management of our college, providing essential administrative support to our teaching, non-teaching staff, and broader Trinity community. Particular responsibility for the day-to-day running of student reception including developing and maintaining effective collaborative relationships throughout the College.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the day-to-day running of Student Reception
  • Manage student departures and arrivals
  • Support teachers and Leadership in the effective management of the student attendance system
  • Provide First Aid assistance to members of the College community
  • Provide administrative support to the Leadership team, teachers, and staff members

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Office365 and strong digital literacy
  • Ability to work independently under general supervision and thrive in a collaborative team environment
  • Superior time management and task prioritisation abilities
