The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Student Services Officer/Receptionist to join our Administration Team at the Islamic College of Brisbane. You will be part of a dynamic administration team, providing a wide range of administrative and reception support for the College. This is a term-time position, Monday to Friday - hours are 8am to 4:30pm.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring students, parents, visitors, and staff to the Administration Office are greeted and assisted in a professional and timely manner.
- Efficient and accurate data entry of student information on the School database.
- Coordinating of College reception.
- Liaising with the administration team and teaching staff regarding student information as required.
- General office support for the College as directed.
- Other reasonable duties as directed by the Manager.
You will be a people person and problem solver with high attention to detail.
Selection Criteria
- Have a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Demonstrated skills in customer service.
- Experience in using TASS systems, or similar systems.
- Have experience in a school environment (essential).
- Have a strong attention to detail.
- Enjoy working in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Have a genuine care for students and customers.
- Be fully supportive of the Islamic ethos, values and practices of the College.
